Dustin Reibe

Dustin started it his career in Germany as a medical controller where he was part of a task group to optimise medical billing across 17 hospitals. Dustin then moved into international business development where he was leading the project management office for opening a 39-bedded, specialised orthopaedic hospital in the heart of London. Dustin was leading the market access workstream and developed and implemented a pricing strategy that was then ultimately negotiated with UK’s big private medical insurers.

Once the hospital was opened Dustin was promoted to Head of Commercial Management where he oversaw the hospital’s billing and administrative functions as well as the development of new medical pathways and services. In addition to the private medical insurers Dustin also led the negotiation with the NHS for 2 inpatient mental health hospitals in Birmingham and York respectively as well as supporting the opening of a mental health day-care unit in Chelsea, London.

In 2021 Dustin then moved to Recognition Health first as the Director of Clinical Services where he focused on the expansion of RCH’s private practice services in London as well as opening a new private practice site in Bristol. Dustin was instrumental in increasing the neurodiversity service line by establishing access for patients with private medical insurance. In 2023 then Dustin expanded his remit at RCH to oversee the operations for all three of RCH’s service lines Private practice, Medicolegal and Clinical Trials provision. Dustin’s focus as Director of Operations is to grow the company and its structures to match the growing demand.
