Dent is also the Chairman/CEO of USA based urgent care company-Urgent Team, and the Lead Director for HealthStream (NASDQ), a leading provider of workforce, patient experience, and provider solutions. Dent co-founded PhyCor (NASDQ), the pioneer of the Physician Practice/IPA Management industry. His previous leadership roles include international diagnostic imaging, managed care operations, hospital management and healthcare M&A. Dent was a founding Directors of Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE-HR) and earned a B.S. Degree from Mississippi State University and a Master’s Degree from The George Washington University.
